System Partnership Directory

Health System and School System admins can use the optional System Partnership Directory to review, manage, and request partnerships for entities within their system.

Access the System Partnership Directory

Step 1:

From your home page, click the "Partnership Directory" button.

Step 2:

Select the "System Partnership Directory" tab.

Understand Partnership Terms and Statuses

The System Partnership Directory organizes partnership requests by status.

A child entity is an entity within your system:

• For a Health System, the child entity is a clinical site.
• For a School System, the child entity is an individual school.

The child partner is the entity partnering with the child entity.

Partnerships appear under one of the following status tabs:

• "Approved": The partnership between the child entity and the child partner is active. For Health Systems, this includes active partnerships between clinical sites (within the Health System) and schools.
• "Deleted": The partnership was previously active but was deleted by either the child entity or the child partner.
• "Denied (by Child)": The child entity denied the partnership request.
• "Denied (by Child Partner)": The child entity submitted the partnership request, but the child partner denied it.
• "Incoming (for Child)": Another entity requested a partnership with a child entity in your system. The request requires review.
• "Outgoing (for Child)": The child entity submitted the partnership request. The request is waiting for the child partner to review it.

NOTE: Health System admins reviewing partnership requests submitted to their clinical sites should use the "Incoming (for Child)" tab.

Manage an Individual Partnership

Step 1:

Click the "Manage" (gear) icon next to the partnership you want to manage.

Step 2:

Select an option from "Action".

Add a deny note when applicable, then click the "Save" button.

Manage Multiple Partnerships

Step 1:

Select the checkbox next to each partnership you want to manage.

You can select partnerships from multiple status tabs. After making your selections, click the "Manage Selected" button.

Step 2:

Select an option from "Action" for each partnership.

The available actions depend on the partnership's current status. For example, partnerships under "Incoming (for Child)" can be approved or denied.

Step 3:

Confirm the action for each partnership.

Leave "No Action" selected for any partnership you do not want to change. Then, click the "Submit" button.

Request a New Partnership

Step 1:

From the System Partnership Directory, click the "+ Create New" button.

Step 2:

On the Request page, complete all required fields, including:

• "Program"
• "Child": The clinical site or school within your system
• "Child Partner": The entity you are requesting a partnership with

Click the "Save" button to submit the partnership request.

The request will appear under the "Outgoing (for Child)" tab in the System Partnership Directory.
